A new brand, Jamones Valeriano®, was presented at the beginning of 2006. It was created by Mr Valeriano’s sons as a gesture of appreciation to their father’s contribution to their family.
Mr Valeriano’s family has been producing hams and salamis for four generations, with various first quality brands to their name.
Jamones Valeriano® was created with the vision and mission of offering high quality cured products using the best meats and equipment the market can offer.
Jamones Valeriano® hams are prepared and cured in the small village of Guijuelo (Salamanca), in the heart of the main ham producing area of Spain.
